Do you help with design and architecture?
Our team provides a true all-in-one experience, encompassing everything from pre-construction planning and architectural design to permitting and the build itself. We’ve streamlined the process to offer you a straightforward, unified partnership—giving you one dedicated team, clear communication, and a predictable path to completion

What are the advantages of the AAP Builders 'One Team' approach?

How long does a custom home build typically take?
Short answer: custom builds take an average 6 – 9 months (however there are many variables such as size, complexity, finishes and town regulations that will add to the length of the total build)
Our team consistently meets timelines through strict scheduling and all-in-one project management. Since 2020 our average build time for custom builds and new constructions build has been at 5.2 months

Do you build in Westport, Fairfield, Darien, and Greenwich?
Yep — these are our primary service areas. However we've built across the Connecticut shoreline and had project around the Greater New York City area.

What type of services are you best known for?
We're known for our signature European craftsmanship in all our new construction builds. Custom builds, spec homes, multi-family townhomes, vacation retreats and home additions.
