Founded in 2004 as Vinyl House LLC, we began with a structural engineering foundation in Europe before bringing our hands-on construction expertise to Connecticut. After years of delivering high-quality renovations and home additions, we took a leap in 2006 and completed our first ground-up new construction home—setting the course for everything that followed.

In 2016, we evolved into AAP Builders to reflect our growth and long-term vision. Today, we design and build new construction, custom, and semi-custom homes across Fairfield County for families, investors, and business professionals.
